1. The Enclave42 service
Enclave42 provides access to secure AI inference APIs, supported model endpoints, developer tooling, API key management, usage analytics, wallet-based billing, and account management features. Access to specific models, limits, features, and support levels may depend on your subscription plan, account status, wallet balance, and model permissions.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your team members, users, applications, integrations, and API keys.
3. API keys and security
API keys are confidential credentials. You must keep them server-side, protect them against unauthorized access, and not expose them in client-side code, mobile apps, browser bundles, public repositories, logs, screenshots, or shared documents. You must promptly revoke and rotate any key that may have been exposed.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Enclave42 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, model restrictions, wallet controls, security measures, usage tracking, or account restrictions.
5. Models and outputs
AI model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using them and for implementing appropriate human review, safeguards, moderation, and compliance controls in your own products and workflows.
6. Billing, subscriptions, and wallet
Subscriptions provide access to platform features, plan limits, and model tiers. Wallet balance is used separately for pay-as-you-go inference consumption. Successful API requests may generate usage records and wallet debits based on the applicable pricing, model, token usage, and billing rules at the time of the request.
7. Suspension and restrictions
We may suspend, restrict, throttle, revoke API keys, or terminate access where we detect abuse, security risk, policy violation, legal concern, non-payment, insufficient wallet balance, suspicious activity, or activity that may harm Enclave42, customers, third parties, or infrastructure.
8. Changes to the service
We may update, add, remove, replace, or modify models, features, pricing, limits, documentation, security controls, and platform behavior. We may also perform maintenance or operational changes needed to protect reliability and security.
9. Customer data and privacy
Our handling of account information, usage metadata, API-related data, and security events is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Enclave42 complies with applicable privacy, data protection, and sector-specific requirements.
10. Disclaimers
Enclave42 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any model output will be accurate, complete, reliable, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enclave42 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
