1. Illegal or harmful activity
You may not use Enclave42 to violate laws, infringe rights, facilitate fraud, enable harm, or support activities that create material risk to people, organizations, systems, property, or public safety.
2. Abuse of infrastructure
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, wallet controls, model restrictions, monitoring, security controls, or account restrictions. You may not probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or interfere with Enclave42 systems.
3. Cyber abuse
You may not use Enclave42 to develop, deploy, or facilitate malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, evasion, phishing, botnets, destructive activity, or other abusive cyber operations.
4. Deceptive or abusive content
You may not use the service to create spam, impersonation, deception, harassment, hate, exploitation, non-consensual tracking, manipulation, or content intended to mislead or harm others.
5. Sensitive and regulated use
High-risk uses involving legal, medical, financial, employment, insurance, biometric, public-sector, safety-critical, or similarly regulated decisions require appropriate human oversight, compliance review, and customer-side safeguards.
6. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for their applications, prompts, outputs, end-user behavior, moderation, logging, compliance, and downstream use. Enclave42 may request use-case information where needed for security, abuse prevention, or compliance.
7. Enforcement
Enclave42 may throttle requests, suspend accounts, revoke API keys, restrict models, disable workloads, or terminate access where we believe this policy has been violated or continued access creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
